The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing is strictly prohibited.

The commissioner is permitted to post the final commissioned artwork on their social media account with credit

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, AI, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Customer will only get a FULL REFUND if they cancel and there is no progress yet in the work/if its still in the pose sketch stage

However if they cancel any further than the allotted time frame, customer will receive PARTIAL REFUND depending on amount of work completed

Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order (under condition of full refund) without disclosing any personal reasons to the customer.

Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.

Unless its negotiated with the seller, the WIPs that are sent are strictly prohibited for distribution, selling or posting as well as being passed to another artist for completion

Full Payment Upfront

Initial payment are only available for paypal invoice + commissions above $100

Fill out the Order Form then the details of Illustration will be discussed through messages

(If the price has to be calculated, thumbnails of compositions will be sent to gage the price before payment)

Afterwards processing of payment through either paypal or ko-fi, when payment is confirmed I'll start working on it

Depending on the complexity there will be 3 - 4 major check ins: initial thumbs/poses, sketch, base colors, Final for revisions.

Final commission will be sent through email.

You will be notified through message/email once a slot is available for you. This is usually a day or two before the previous batch is finished.

An Order Form will be given once the slot is claimed

Waitlist is first come first served, I will entertain clients in that order

You're free to cancel your spot on the waitlist anytime and will be asked again if you want to push through with the commission before the order form is given.

If twitter messages are not available, message will be sent through email instead.

Please reply under 48 hours (2 days) if you'd like to claim the slot otherwise it will get pushed a spot back and the person after you will be entertained instead (unless of special circumstances).

2-3 slots are done per batch, process will span from 1 week up to 3 weeks turnover time depending on communication, quantity of the work and how complex the pieces are

All announcements will be listed at the top of the Progress Board/Waitlist (this will still be sent through msgs)

Incase of delays: if there is any personal/external problem that arises that may hinder the progress on the piece I will be notifying through messages or email.

Incase of change in price: current batch will not be affected, For those in the wait list it would depend on the number left and the situation

Incase of dissolvement of wait list: If ever there is a schedule conflict or I'll be incapable of entertaining more people than the current batch, this will be announced through mass email. Clients will be given a choice if they want to retain their spot and receive news for the next opening (they'll be notified first before opening).
